    Test result uploads failed

      The permanent fix is now live in production. Test result uploads have been working since 18:03 UTC, and the underlying cause is fixed.

    2. Resolved.

      We found the cause and mitigated it at 18:03 UTC, and uploads are working again. A permanent fix is deploying now. To get the missing results, re-run the affected CI jobs.

      Between 17:25 and 18:03 UTC, test result uploads from the Tuist CLI failed with server errors. Test runs uploaded in that window weren't stored and won't appear in the dashboard. Some dashboard pages showing test runs also returned errors
